Planning Permission

We take the hassle out of building a conservatory

More often than not, adding one of our conservatories or glazed extensions does not require planning permission, and is usually exempt from building regulations (see section below).

However, to ensure structural stability and thermal performance we always construct our conservatory bases in accordance with building regulations. We take the hassle out of building a conservatory and deal with every aspect of the build.

Should your conservatory require planning permission, we can deal with this for you and offer a complete planning application service which includes all drawings and paperwork and submission of the application on your behalf.

Further information regarding planning can be found via the Planning Portal website

Building regulations

Many of our products, including the Livinroof and Ultra380 roof are pre-approved under building regulations

This means you can be confident that your new conservatory or glazed extension has been designed and constructed to meet the high demands of current building regulations, both in terms of thermal performance and structural stability

Being pre-approved, we even complete the building regulations application for you, meaning a local authority inspector will monitor progress and on completion of the project issue a certificate of compliance with current regulations.
