1. Discussing your requirements and choosing the best product

Take a look through our website where you’ll find a great overview of the double glazing and home improvement products we offer, you can download our window door and conservatory brochure, or call us and we’ll send you one in the post. We are always more than happy to informally discuss your requirements over the phone, and offer free helpful advice, you can arrange to visit our Somerset showroom and view a selection of the products we offer, or make an appointment and we’ll come to you.

2. Written, no-obligation quotation

Once you have chosen the most suitable product to meet your requirements, and we have viewed the project, we will provide a clear written quotation detailing the design, colour and style chosen, and if applicable a brief overview of the scope of work required. There is absolutely no obligation to accept our quotation, we will leave if with you to consider and await to hear from you.

3. Finalise order, complete survey and arrange installation

When you have informed us you wish to accept our quotation, we will arrange for Mark to visit to review and finalise the order. During this visit he will carry out a full and detailed survey to ensure a perfect fit, and clearly explain the process and scope of work involved. Once a satisfactory survey has been completed, your order will be allocated to manufacture.

It generally takes 4-6 weeks from order to installation, but this can vary for bespoke products. Only when we know your products have been quality checked and are ready to install will we contact you to arrange an installation date and time that suits you

4. Installation and completion

Our installers will arrive on the day and time agreed, and are experts in their field. All our installers are fully CRB/DBS checked and have a minimum MTC or NVQ qualification. After being briefed on any project specific requirements they will follow our strict and meticulous installation processes. Upon completion of your window door, or conservatory installation we will either visit you in person, or contact you to ensure you are entirely happy and satisfied with the completed project.

Your completed installation is then registered with Certass or applicable regulatory authority, your written guarantee, maintenance guidelines and completion paperwork is issued and insurance certificate through QANW is arranged
